South Carolina Available Buildings & Sites

South Carolina has an extensive database of industrial properties for sale or lease. By selecting either the Buildings or Sites tab, you can search by specific criteria such as size, infrastructure and surrounding community resources, or simply click on the map to search by county.

The Buildings & Sites GIS Locator tab allows you to search by the same criteria listed above, and also provides you with an interactive map of the state with locations of the buildings and sites featured by the Department of Commerce. This gives you the ability to visualize and interpret the data to reveal unique relationships, patterns and trends. This functionality also allows you to view the buildings and sites in Google Earth.
